Body Found In Volusia County Believed To Be Suspect In Brutal Murder Case, Woman Stabbed Over 100 Times

VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA (WFTV) – A body found in a Volusia County wooded area may be that of a man wanted for the violent stabbing death of a woman in Port Orange, police say.

Police believe the body of Thomas McMullen, Jr. was found around 11 a.m. Friday near where the victim’s car was found Tuesday.

The body of 32-year-old Dianna Kessler was found Monday night in a home in Port Orange. Police said she had been stabbed more than 100 times.

Police said McMullen, a friend hers, is the suspect.
