BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Trudie Infantini, a Republican candidate for Brevard County Commission District 4, has received the enthusiastic endorsement of Brevard County Clerk of the Court Scott Ellis.
“I’m voting for Trudie Infantini for County Commissioner,” said Ellis.
Infantini has served two four-year terms a county commissioner from 2008 to 2016.
“While commissioner, Trudie Infantini was a rock-solid vote for lower taxes even though frequently outnumbered by fiscally liberal colleagues,” said Ellis.
“In eight years, Trudie never voted to increase taxes or spending. Trudie’s background as a certified public accountant and accounting instructor at Florida Institute of Technology gives her the expertise to establish the foundational priorities of local government and implement a fiscally responsible budget.
“Trudie has the right philosophy to establish a priority list of county government responsibilities, with her primary objectives being roads and the health of the Indian River Lagoon.
“She has always stuck to her principles and will not be swayed by various interests seeking to divert tax revenues from essential infrastructure and services to unnecessary pork barrels,” said Ellis
The 2018 Primary Election will be held on August 28. The 2018 General Election will be held on November 6.
The Brevard County Commission District 4 seat includes Indian Harbour Beach, Melbourne, Palm Shores, Rockledge, Satellite Beach, Suntree and Viera.
