BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA– In this week’s episode of “Cookin’ Up Justice” with Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey highlights a wanted fugitive.

The fugitive is 33-year-old, Michael James O’Leary.

O’Leary is wanted for a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Hearing Reference Attempted Burglary of a Dwelling and Possession of Xanax.

Michael James O’Leary has no bond and his last known location was in the Palm Bay area.
