ORLANDO, FLORIDA (UCF) – UCF Knights received no love from the latest Amway Coaches Poll, despite their 37-10 blowout win on the road on Saturday against East Carolina.
UCF dropped one spot to No. 10 in the Coaches poll as the Oklahoma Sooners jumped ahead of the Knights after they beat TCU 52-27.
The Florida Gators moved up one spot to No. 11, just behind UCF, despite having a bye week last week. USF came in at No. 20, while Miami rounded out the top 25 at No. 25.
The Knights are back home next week when they host division opponent Temple (5-3, 4-0) in Thursday night (Nov.1) game and televised on ESPN.
UCF’s played opponents record is 18-32.
UCF was not thrilled with the latest rankings and made their displeasure known on social media.
