ELECTION 2018: Early Voting Results In Brevard County On Pace For Record Turnout

424,092 registered voters in Brevard County

Voter turnout across Brevard County is on pace for a record, according to early voting numbers.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Voter turnout across Brevard County is on pace for a record, according to early voting numbers.

As of Monday afternoon, nearly 40-percent (166,221) of 424,092 registered voters have cast their ballots in the 2018 General Elections in Brevard County.

In the last Midterm Election in 2014, nearly 60-percent of 379, 112 registered voters cast their ballots.

So which party is doing better in voter turnout?

For the Democrats, 56,367 registered democrats have voted across Brevard County. For Republicans, 78,491 have voted across Brevard County.

People who identify with no party affiliation, 29,847 have voted in Brevard County.

For comparison, Democrats have a 43-percent voter turnout among 131,240 registered democrats.

Republicans have 44-percent voter turnout among 178,557 registered republicans.

No Party Affiliates have a 27-percent voter turnout among 109,662 registered no party affiliates.

Election day is set for Tuesday, November 6.
