BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – Christmas comes to Cape Canaveral with a special edition of their monthly Friday Fest event—Holiday in the City—on Friday, December 7 at the corner of Taylor and Poinsetta Avenue.

Festivities will begin at 6 p.m. with holiday performances by the Cape View Elementary Chorus and the Cocoa Beach High School String Ensemble in front of the portico of the New City Hall located at 100 Polk Avenue.

After the youth performances, guests are invited to eat, drink and be merry with live music performed by the Umbrella Thieves.

The event will feature dozens of retail vendors and local artists, selling an array of amazing gift ideas—jewelry, clothing, crafts and more!

With food trucks, bounce houses and a festive photo booth featuring you-know-who, this event offers a little something for everyone.

The Cape Canaveral Public Library will host a free children’s craft activity in “Santa’s Workshop” and Canaveral Fire Rescue will be escorting our special guest from the North Pole for a meet and greet during the event.

Proceeds from beer and wine sales will benefit Cape Canaveral Youth programs.

The event runs from 6 to 10 p.m. and admission is free.
