Bryan Lober, Republican candidate for Brevard County Commission District 2, has received the endorsement of former Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives Steve Crisafulli, above right, who is also a life-long resident of Merritt Island.

BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA – Bryan Lober, Republican candidate for Brevard County Commission District 2, has received the endorsement of former Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives Steve Crisafulli, who is also a life-long resident of Merritt Island.

“In November I am personally supporting Bryan Lober as the next Commissioner to represent Brevard County as the District 2 Representative,” said Crisafulli.

“Because of his interest in good government, and protecting our way of life as we know it, I see Bryan as the best choice.  He is not someone that is looking for a title, he is someone that is focused on bringing his real-life experiences to the decision-making process of Brevard County government.

“Bryan understands that each decision that he will make on behalf of his constituents will be one that stands on its own merits and not that of a preconceived notion.  Because of his business style approach to the job, I am supporting his candidacy for the Brevard County Commision, District 2,” said Crisafulli.

Lober has also received the endorsements of Brevard County Sheriff Wayne IveyBrevard County Clerk of the Court Scott Ellis and District 5 Brevard County Commissioner Kristine Isnardi.

“I’ve known Bryan for the better part of a decade, having worked with him when he served as President of the Brevard County Bar Association,” said Sheriff Ivey.

“Bryan is a straight shooter who loves his community and has unwavering support for public safety. Bryan has the background, training, and experience necessary to serve as an excellent county commissioner. I look forward to continuing to work with Bryan once he’s elected as our next Brevard County District 2 Commissioner,” said Sheriff Ivey.

Brevard County’s District 2 includes Merritt Island, Port Canaveral, Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Avon by the Sea, Rockledge, Kennedy Space Center, Snug Harbor and Patrick Air Force Base.

“Bryan Lober will bring a fresh set of eyes and an inquisitive mind to the county,” said Clerk of the Court Ellis.

Lober is the Immediate Past President of the Brevard County Bar Association and owns his own business.

“As a small business owner, Bryan understands the burden of unnecessary and excessive regulation. As a homeowner, he understands the burden of increased property taxes,” said Commissioner Isnardi.

“His ability to build bridges and forge productively ahead is evident from the support Bryan has been able to garner from multiple constitutional officers including Clerk of Court Scott Ellis and Sheriff Wayne Ivey – elected officials who may not often support the same candidates.

“Bryan is exactly the type of candidate the public deserves to have on the Commission: diligent, honest and invested for the right reasons,” said Isnardi.

“I’ve never previously sought elected public office and I am self-funding my campaign for District 2 County Commission and, consequently, there is no possibility of my being beholden to anyone in exchange for their financial support.

“While I was registered NPA for a number of years, through college and law school, I have never been registered as a Democrat. My right-leaning beliefs have been longstanding. Years ago, while Toni Jennings served as the first female President of the state Senate, I worked as a Senate page for her,” said Lober.

BRYAN LOBER, a Republican candidate for Brevard County Commission District 2, has received the endorsement of Brevard County Clerk of the Court Scott Ellis. “Bryan Lober will bring a fresh set of eyes and an inquisitive mind to the county,” said Ellis. “Bryan is beholden to no political or financial interests and will challenge status quo government.”

Lober is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law and is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell. He has taught subjects ranging from Criminal Litigation to Business Law at Seminole State College’s ABA Approved Paralegal Education Program.

He was recently appointed to serve on the statewide Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee and is Florida Supreme Court certified as a Circuit Civil and Family Mediator.

“District 2 constituents deserve to be represented by someone who is fiscally conservative and will ensure that county funds are not gratuitously spent and that taxes aren’t raised unless the need is genuine and extenuating and there exist no meaningful alternatives,” said Lober.

The 2018 General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 6.
