BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – The City of Cocoa Sewer Field Operations Division will be closing a portion of N. Wilson Avenue down this Tuesday, November 6, through Thursday, November 8, for a sewer force main tie-in for the new force main that was bored under State Road 520 a few weeks ago.

The Sewer Field Operations Division will be closing a portion of N. Wilson Avenue down this Tuesday, November 6, through Thursday, November 8, for a sewer force main tie-in for the new force main that was bored under State Road 520 a few weeks ago.

This new main will replace an old cast iron main currently in use. Both lanes will be shut down for the duration as the road will be cut open to allow for proper installation.

Traffic may proceed down any of the adjacent side streets, and the local business entrances will not be impacted.

The tie-in on S. Wilson Avenue, on the other side of State Road 520, will be completed at a later date.
