BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College men’s basketball team used a 19-4 run in the first half to defeat Broward College 87-76 in the final game of the Jim Grimes Classic Saturday at Titan Field House.

The Titans scored 53 points in the first half, the fifth time this season the 9-3 Titans have scored at least 50 points in a half. Johnny Bernard led the attack in the first half, scoring all 12 of his points in the first half.
