BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – “Fishing for Fugitives” highlights wanted fugitive James Ray Lipkey II as Sheriff Wayne Ivey fishes from an unknown destination in the south end of Brevard County.

In this episode, Sheriff Ivey features his “Catch of the Day,” 22-year-old, James Ray Lipkey II.

Lipkey II is wanted for Violation of Probation reference Aggravated Battery.

He was last hooked on Feb 23, 2017, and is known to frequent the waters of the Melbourne area.

James Ray Lipkey II has no bond.

“Let’s make the Space Coast a safer place to live by assisting the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in the apprehension of wanted fugitives, or in this case, the chance to “Hook ’em and Book ’em.”
