Police Arrest Second Suspect Who Helped Steal Multiple Bicycles From Titusville Welcome Center

Lloyd Aston Bryan, 30, CHARGED WITH six felonies
BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Police have arrested a second suspect in a burglary of the downtown City of Titusville Welcome Center.
The second suspect is identified as 30-year-old Lloyd Aston Bryan from Titusville.
Police arrested the first suspect, identified 36-year-old Omar Rashaw Sims, for the burglary of the downtown City of Titusville Welcome Center. Authorities say Sims and Bryan stole approximately $3,000 worth of high-end bicycles.
According to the investigation, Titusville Police responded to a report of an overnight burglary on Sunday around 9:45 a.m. at the Coast-to-Coast Bicycle Company, a retailer within the Welcome Center.
Investigators were able to obtain the surveillance footage which showed Sims entering the store through an attached public restroom door at approximately 2 a.m. Sunday morning.
“The suspect (Sims) entered and exited the business several times stealing 7 bicycles with the assistance of an unidentified male accomplice,” said a spokesperson with the Titusville Police Department.
“The suspect (Sims) was located at the intersection of Harrison Street and Hopkins Avenue, positively identified and arrested without incident on Monday around 1 p.m..”
Bryan was arrested in the area of South Deleon Ave. and Palmetto St. on Tuesday at around 8:30 a.m.
Bryan was charged with six felonies: 4 counts of Burglary of an Unoccupied Structure, 1 count of Grand Theft and Possession of Crack Cocaine.
Sims has been charged with five felonies that include: 4 counts of Burglary of an Unoccupied Structure and 1 count of Grand Theft.
Bryan is being held at the Brevard County Jail on a $24,000 bond, while Sims is being held on a $22,000 bond.
