BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff’s Office has arrested “Fishing for Fugitives” suspect Billy JC Camp as Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey comes to you from the beautiful Kiwanis Park at Geiger Point in Melbourne.

In this episode, Sheriff Ivey featured his “Catch of the Day” as 50-year-old Billy JC Camp.

Camp is wanted on three warrants; Amended Violation of Probation reference to Dealing or Trafficking Stolen Property, Organized Fraud to Obtain Property Less Than $20,000 and Grand Theft of a Dwelling.

Sheriff Ivey says that Camp was known to be in the “waters of the Melbourne area” and was last “hooked” October 28, 2016.

Camp has no bond.

“If you’re the ‘Catch of the Day,’ you know what to do, turn yourself in and do the right thing – don’t make our Fugitive Unit come to get you. Because if you don’t turn yourself in, I promise you, they aren’t far from your house,” said Sheriff Ivey.

“Let’s make the Space Coast a safer place to live by assisting the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in the apprehension of wanted fugitives, or in this case, the chance to “Hook ’em and Book ’em.”
