TAKING A BITE OUT OF CRIME: “I’m K-9 Lars and this past week my human partner, Deputy John Hubinger and I assisted the Titusville Police Department by taking a drug dealer off our streets with cocaine, crack, heroin, meth and even some pills.” (Brevard County Sheriff’s Office image)

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – I’m Brevard County Sheriff’s K-9 Lars and this past week my human partner, Deputy John Hubinger and I assisted the Titusville Police Department by taking a drug dealer off our streets with cocaine, crack, heroin, meth and even some pills.

Members of the Titusville Police Department had requested that Deputy Hubinger assist them with a “sniff” search of a car, and of course, instead of doing it himself he made me do it.

If I could learn to drive a car I wouldn’t even need this guy. Well anyway, my nose could smell drugs inside the car and as they say… “the rest is history!”

Talk about taking a bite out of crime!
