BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – The Viera Company announced the addition of the latest hotel to the Viera Town Center, Home2 Suites by Hilton.

“Another Viera Town Center project is currently underway as the new Home2 Suites by Hilton recently broke ground on a site immediately north of the Fairfield Inn & Suites adjacent to Lake Andrew Drive,” said Todd J. Pokrywa, President, of The Viera Company.

“The Viera Company is pleased to welcome Home2 Suites by Hilton to the Viera Town Center which will provide a different option for our visitors to stay at and experience all of the great amenities our community has to offer.”

Ronak Jasani, executive vice president, Sycamore Investment Group expressed his enthusiasm in participating in this project.

“We are excited to announce that we will be developing our third hotel in Viera, The Home2 Suites by Hilton,” said Jasani.

“The hotel is going to be located in the Viera Town Center with an estimated completion date of Spring 2020.”

Jasani said the new pet-friendly hotel offers thoughtfully designed spacious suites and convenient, comfortable amenities that allow guests to create their own ‘home away from home’ while traveling.

The Viera Town Center Home2 Suites will also offer a range of amenities such as an exterior pool and outdoor patio equipped with two grills and a fire pit, a fitness center, complimentary breakfast and a business center.

Each of the 118 suite-style rooms has separate sitting and living areas, kitchens with full sets of dishware, induction cook-tops upon request and an apartment-size fridge to give guests an alternative to eating out.
