In addition, the Coalition provides Resource and Referral services for families assisting them in accessing Early Childhood programs and services in the community.

“We are confident that Ms. Gambino’s leadership skills and experience will enable her to excel as the new Executive Director where she will be responsible for managing the administration, finance, and operation of the Coalition with a staff of fifty employees,” said Regina, Interim Executive Director.

VPK was established in the State of Florida in 2005. Early Learning Coalition of Brevard County is a United Way of Brevard partner agency and works in collaboration with several other organizations that provide social services to children and families, including the Brevard County School District, Department of Children and Families, Eastern Florida State College, Florida Institute of Technology, Department of Health, and Brevard Family Partnership.

Gambino holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University.

She has worked to develop and implement strategic planning, communication, and fundraising campaigns by building a statewide network of partners.

Gambino has advocated for inclusive civic involvement to address critical issues by creating solid connections among residents, businesses, and nonprofit and government leaders.
