A Brevard County Sheriff’s Deputy has been shot in unincorporated Indialantic Tuesday evening near the intersection of  N. Shannon Ave and Avenida De La Vista, according to Brevard County Sheriff’s Office PIO Tod Goodyear.

 **UPDATE** BREVARD COUNTY • INDIALANTIC, FLORIDA – A Brevard County Sheriff’s Deputy has been shot in unincorporated Indialantic Tuesday evening near the intersection of  N. Shannon Ave and Avenida De La Vista, according to Brevard County Sheriff’s Office PIO Tod Goodyear.

“The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a deputy-involved Shooting where one of our deputies has been wounded,” said Goodyear.

“The incident occurred in unincorporated Indialantic.

Space Coast Daily’s Chris Bonanno is on the scene and will provide reports from the scene in Indialantic.
