COCOA POLICE: Man Airlifted to Hospital After Being Shot Near 130 Lynell Lane Wednesday Night

Police: 46-year-old Hispanic man was wounded

Cocoa detectives are continuing the investigation into a reported shooting that occurred on Wednesday evening in the area of 130 Lynell Lane. Police say that when they arrived at the scene at 11 p.m., they found a 46-year-old Hispanic male that had suffered a gunshot wound.

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – One man was wounded as part of what Cocoa police say was a shooting incident in the area of 130 Lynell Lane on Wednesday evening.

Police say that when they arrived at the scene at 11 p.m., they found a 46-year-old Hispanic male that had suffered a gunshot wound.

The victim, who has not yet been identified, was airlifted to a local hospital where he is in stable condition.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing with police having received descriptions of possible suspects.
