Palm Bay Police Department Hosts ‘Chalk Art Contest’, Winners Will Receive $10 Twisty Cone Gift Card

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY FLORIDA – The Palm Bay Police Department has come up with a fun way for children to show their artistic skills by sponsoring the “Chalk Art Contest” for Palm Bay kids.

Submit a photo of your child’s chalk artwork portraying a positive community message and they could win a gift card to Twisty Cone Ice Cream & Cakes.

Rules and Details:

■ Submissions will be accepted until May 12 at 5 p.m.
■ Chalk artwork must contain a positive community message.
■ Photos of artwork will be submitted via email to cru@palmbayflorida.org for judging by the Community Resource Unit.
■ One winner will be chosen from each of the following age groups: 4-8-year-old, 9-13-year-old, and 14-18-year-old.
■ Each winner will receive a $10 Twisty Cone Gift Card, donated by Twisty Cone.
■ Please include the following in all email submissions: Photo of artwork, child’s first name and last initial (e.g. John S.), child’s age, contact phone number and address for parent/guardian.

Winning artwork will be posted on the Palm Bay Police Department Facebook page.
