Police in Titusville are investigating a frightening shooting incident that happened Sunday night after multiple gun shots were fired into a large crowd of people at Parrish Park near A. Max Brewer Bridge Memorial Pkwy.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Police in Titusville are investigating a frightening shooting incident that happened Sunday night after multiple gun shots were fired into a large crowd of people at Parrish Park near A. Max Brewer Bridge Memorial Pkwy.

Officers say the investigation began around 7:30 p.m. when multiple gunshots were fired from a suspect on the beach, who was wearing a life vest.

Witnesses describe the suspect as a black male with short-dreads hair style.

Police say the suspect fled the scene in a grey four-door vehicle.

No injuries were reported from the shooting incident.
