Eastern Florida State College Men’s Golf Team Place Second in 2020 Webber Fall Classic

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College men’s golf team placed second in the final fall event of the season.

The Titans shot a 284 in the final round and finished four shots behind Keiser University in the Webber Fall Classic at the Sun ‘N Lake Golf Club on Tuesday.

Freshman Matt Gauntlett shot a 5-under 69 in the final round and finished second overall in the tournament.

Sophomore Thomas Matthews finished the tournament in fourth place at 2-under par.

John Houchin placed seventh after shooting a 72 in the final round while Pontus Torgner placed 10th overall. Drew Lanier shot a 75 and placed in a tie for 17th overall.
