BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard residents gathered at the intersection of Pineda Causeway and U.S. Highway 1 on Sunday for a roadside rally in support of President Donald J. Trump and his ongoing legal challenges aimed at contesting and overturning the 2020 election results.

Organized on Facebook, the “Hold The Line” rally drew about 150 participants over a four-hour span, many of whom waved Trump flags expressing their support for the President, as well as displeasure over their perception that the election was not fair.

Counter-protestors set up across the street to offer their support for President-elect Joe Biden.

Event organizer Cyndi Smith said the rally was a result of her speaking with field team organizer Julie Armstrong, who works with the Trump campaign.

“We’re not giving up and neither is President Trump,” said Smith, whose next goal is to organize a similar U.S. Highway 1 roadside rally spanning from Miami to Maine.

“He has fought for us for four years and we’re going to fight for him to keep this election from being stolen,” said Smith.

Brevard’s “Hold The Line” event took place on the same day President Trump doubled down on his election fraud claims, Tweeting out that “This was a RIGGED ELECTION!”

The Trump campaign has filed multiple lawsuits in an attempt to overturn the results in multiple states, without success. In addition, election officials from both parties have said there is no evidence of major irregularities.

Numerous court cases in various battleground states are still pending.
