BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – The undefeated Cocoa Tigers are currently ranked 9th in the state of Florida according to MaxPreps Florida Football Power Rankings for the 2020 regular season.

Cocoa (7-0) is loaded with talent; on both sides of the ball. And are led by dynamic senior quarterback DJ Arroyo.

Arroyo has thrown for 1,741 yards, 15 touchdowns, and 6 interceptions.

He has five different receivers with at least 10 catches.

Senior wideout Davis Mallinger looks to be Arroyo’s favorite target.

The West Virginia University commit has 570 receiving yards and five touchdowns in the 2020 season.

On the ground, the Tigers have multiple weapons. O.J. Ross continues to put up impressive numbers, leading the team with 631  yards and 11 total touchdowns in just six games this season.

Running back Tay Tay Farmer is dangerous on the ground averaging 10-yards-per carry and has scored six touchdowns (five rushing and one receiving).

Defensively, the Tigers have been “lights out” as they have recorded three shut-outs this season.

Senior Da Da White has been a starter on the D-Line since he was in the 8th grade and is a special player. White is having the kind of year you would expect….outstanding!

Cedric Hawkins also leads an incredibly talented secondary with four interceptions.
