Cocoa Beach High School’s very own, Kelly Slater, is set to compete in the round of 16 when the Billanbong Pipe Masters resumes competition, pending weather.

HAWAII – Cocoa Beach High School’s very own, Kelly Slater, is set to compete in the round of 16 when the Billanbong Pipe Masters resumes competition, pending weather.

Next call is scheduled for 7 a.m. Hawaii time or 12 p.m. ET on Saturday.

Slater will compete against Australia’s Jack Robinson in heat 4, the first competition that will resume when play resumes.

Should Slater defeat Robinson, he would move on to the quarterfinals of the Billabong Pipe Masters in Hawaii.
