Limited Number of Appointments Now Available for FDOH-Brevard COVID-19 Vaccinations

Vaccination is for anyone ages 65 years and older

The Florida Health Department-Brevard is now accepting appointments for a limited supply of COVID-19 vaccinations received from the state. Beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, appointments can be made online HERE.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Florida Health Department-Brevard is now accepting appointments for a limited supply of COVID-19 vaccinations received from the state.

Beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, appointments can be made online HERE.

Vaccinations for this new round of appointments start this week and will continue until appointments meet the number of vaccines acquired.

As stipulated through executive order from Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, those currently eligible for vaccines must be 65 or older, or healthcare personnel with direct patient contact.

Appointment opportunities available today are expected to be filled quickly due to strong interest and high demand.

■ Vaccination is for anyone ages 65 years and older (Individuals under age 65 will not be vaccinated)

■ Healthcare workers who provide direct patient care but who are not associated with a hospital system

■ Please bring your ticket with you in order to receive vaccination.

■ Each person receiving vaccination is required to sign up for an appointment

■ Each person must bring a form of identification (driver’s license, passport, healthcare badge, etc.)

Print and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Screening and Consent Form to bring to the appointment for more efficient service. We do not require the insurance information.
