UPDATE: Water Main Repair Construction on N. Courtenay Parkway Completed a Week Ahead of Schedule

City of Cocoa announced on Wednesday that the water main repair construction on N. Courtenay Parkway has been completed a week ahead of schedule.

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – City of Cocoa announced on Wednesday that the water main repair construction on N. Courtenay Parkway has been completed a week ahead of schedule.

This project conducted water main repairs on N. Courtenay Parkway between Needle Blvd. and Richland Ave. from March 15-24, 2021. It originally scheduled to last through March 31.

The work closed down the northbound right lane to traffic for the duration of the project.

Detours were seen N. Tropical Trail from Merritt Avenue to Lucas Road.

Performing these necessary repairs allow for improved isolation and operability of the water main during planned and unplanned water outages.
