Florida East Coast Real Estate, Inc. has opened another location at 344 Fifth Avenue (U.S. Route 192) in Indialantic, aptly described as their new “beachside” office. The company is also unveiling a new Luxury & Distinctive Properties subset with a total focus approach of white-glove marketing of luxury, waterfront and distinctive residences throughout Brevard County.

The brokerage, founded by Lynnette Hendricks 15 years ago, is growing to meet the needs of its real estate professionals and clients alike.

The company is also unveiling a new Luxury & Distinctive Properties subset with a total focus approach of white-glove marketing of luxury, waterfront and distinctive residences throughout Brevard County.

“We already have several real estate associates who live in the southern part of Brevard County, so this provides them with an office location closer to home, and better serves our growing Satellite Beach, Indialantic, Melbourne, Melbourne Beach, Sebastian and Palm Bay market share,” says Lynnette Hendricks, Owner/Broker
