BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is seeking suspect Austin Storm Jones in in the latest edition of “Fishing for Fugitives,” as Sheriff Wayne Ivey comes to you from POW/MIA Park in Melbourne.

In this episode, Sheriff Ivey is seeking Austin Storm Jones who is wanted for:

■ Violation of Pretrial Release reference Possession of more 20 grams of Cannabis,

■ Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,

■ Use/Display of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony.

Sheriff Ivey says Jones is known to be in the “waters of the Melbourne area” and was last “hooked” on May 15, 2021.

Jones has no bond.

“If you’re the ‘Catch of the Day,’ you know what to do, turn yourself in and do the right thing – don’t make our Fugitive Unit come to get you. Because if you don’t turn yourself in, I promise you, they aren’t far from your house,” said Sheriff Ivey.

“Let’s make the Space Coast a safer place to live by assisting the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in the apprehension of wanted fugitives, or in this case, the chance to “Hook ’em and Book ’em.”
