BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Members of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office agency attended various events throughout our community that honored our fallen heroes from 9/11.

As Saturday marked the 20th anniversary of that fateful day, we were honored to attend and have our BCSO Honor Guard participate in ceremonies throughout Brevard County including a 9/11 Ceremony at Suntree Country Club, Blue Mass at St. Teresa Catholic Church, and a Remember Our Fallen Ceremony at the Veterans Memorial Center.

It was my honor to speak at each of the events and to participate in honoring these brave heroes who lost their lives trying to save the lives of others.

I am so proud of our community for their unwavering commitment to always stand with our law enforcement officers and their mission.

We are blessed to live and work in a community where our citizens love us and protect us, just as much as we love and protect them.
