Brevard County Fire Rescue: One Person Injured in Airboat Crash Sunday On Lake Washington

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – One person was injured in an airboat crash Sunday afternoon about 2:40 p.m., according to Brevard County Fire Rescue.
Brevard County Fire Engine/Rescue 81 responded to the boat ramp near 6000 Lake Washington Road and reported the victim had suffered a leg injury.
An investigation is now underway and the circumstances and location of the crash on Lake Washington have not yet been released.
