11th Annual Rockledge Art and Craft Show Continues Today, Promises Something for Everyone

Festival Features Cruise-On-In Car Show Saturday; Food Trucks & Canine Demonstration Sunday

BREVARD COUNTY • ROCKLEDGE, FLORIDA – The 11th Annual Rockledge Art and Craft Show will span two full days on Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 26 and 27, 2019.

The event will take place along Barton Boulevard between Cedar and Elm streets in Rockledge.

The show runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26, and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 27. Spectator admission is free.

The City anticipates more than 70 local and out-of-state vendors, who will offer unique art, distinctive crafts, handmade jewelry, and a host of other items for sale. Entry standards for the show are stringent, so attendees and consumers can expect one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted, and high-quality merchandise.

ACTIVITIES: On Saturday, Jan. 26, the show will be held in conjunction with the City’s Cruise-On-In Car Show between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., when more than 100 classic and muscle cars will line the eastbound lanes of Barton Boulevard, with art and craft vendors occupying the westbound lanes.

In addition to the car show, Saturday will also include musical entertainment from DJ Fast Eddie, and a 50/50 raffle will benefit the Brevard Achievement Center.

Courtesy of the Rockledge Public Safety Department, a canine demonstration at 1 p.m. on Sunday will round out the weekend’s activities.

FOOD: Also on Saturday, Rockledge Little League will be dishing up hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, and more to hungry spectators. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, three Food Trucks (Jive BBQ, Kona Ice and Iannuzzo’s Pizza) will take to the street.

On both Saturday and Sunday, the Ice Cream Hut will have ice cream and funnel cakes for sale, and delicious kettlekorn will also be available. Beer and wine will be sold on both days by Rockledge Rotary.

Rockledge residents and visitors should be aware that Barton Boulevard will be closed between Cedar and Elm streets from 5:15 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26, to approximately 7 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 27.
