BCFR: Vehicle vs. School Bus Crash in West Melbourne Sends Four Children to Hospital

BREVARD COUNTY • WEST MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Brevard County Fire Rescue units, along with West Melbourne police officers, responded to a vehicle vs. school bus crash about 3 p.m. in the 2300 block of Brookshire Circle in West Melbourne.

Four children were transported to Health First’s Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne with minor injuries.

According to the Brevard County Fire Rescue incident commander, 16 children and 2 adults were on the bus at the time of the crash.

The driver of the vehicle refused treatment.

The circumstances of the crash were not released.
