Building Sells for $2.5 Million In Melbourne

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Shiloh Christian Center, Inc. has acquired a 124,000-square-foot industrial building at 3900 Sarno Road in Melbourne for the purchase price of $2.5 million.

The building has 10,000-square-foot mezzanine space and 114,000 square feet of warehouse space.

CBRE brokered the transaction.

The Roseview Group, a private real estate investment and advisory firm, served as an advisor to the seller, a bank, on the deal.

Roseview oversaw the completion of improvements to the building, including a complete clean-up prior to the sale.

The property was vacant at the time of purchase.
