Bradley Set To Pitch Tonight

BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – The scheduled game Monday between the Brevard County Manatees and Daytona Cubs at Jackie Robinson Ballpark in Daytona Beach was postponed because of stormy weather.

That contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader starting at 5:35 p.m. Wednesday with Brevard County and the Daytona Cubs playing two seven-inning games.

With Monday’s postponement, the Manatees and Cubs will now open a three-game set at 6:35 p.m. Tuesday at Space Coast Stadium in Viera.

Southpaw Jed Bradley (5-7, 5.01 ERA) will get the ball for Brevard tonight.

The 2011 first round draft pick has struggled lately, posting a 6.66 ERA in five starts since the Florida State League All-Star break.

Daytona will send Matt Loosen (8-3, 2.79 ERA) to the mound.

Loosen is currently leading the Florida State League in earned run average, but has a 6.00 ERA in two starts against Brevard County this season.
