Titusville Targets Grants To Redo Home Exteriors

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Community Development Block Grant funding is available in Titusville for neighborhood revitalization.

The city of Titusville has announced receiving a CDBG Grant of $160,668 to be used for improvement by residents on building exteriors.

Income-eligible owners of single family homes and commercial business properties in targeted areas of Titusville may apply for assistance.

Targeted areas include properties with exterior maintenance code violations; properties within the Indian River Historic Neighborhood District; properties in the South Street and Indian River City areas; and properties in the South Lake Village and Gardendale Street area.

Applications for the grants will be accepted starting Aug. 15.
