West Shore Optimistic About Chances

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – After making some major strides last season, the West Shore Jr./Sr. High School Wildcats may be ready to contend for district title and a state playoff berth this season.

Last year the Wildcats finished with a record of 13-7 overall and and 8-4 mark in the Class 4A District 8 race.

With a nice mix of returning  players and some promising new talent. West Shore also has a capable coach in Bonnie Priester, who has guided teams deep into the postseason.

We talked to Priester and West Shore stars Kyline Wenger and Tess Sheets at the recent Brevard County Prep Volleyball Media Day at Holy Trinity Espiscopal Academy and the optimism is apparent in this interview.
