Charitable Event Benefits Local Students
BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – One of the most meaningful charitable events is returning to Palm Bay this weekend.

The 8th annual Mayor’s Ball sponsored by the city of Palm Bay will be held at the Quality Inn of Palm Bay at 7 p.m. Saturday.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Palm Bay student scholarships at both the Florida Institute of Technology and Brevard Community College and that includes students registered in the nursing programs there.
Palm Bay Mayor John J. Mazziotti will host the Mayor’s Ball, with invitations extended to past mayors, city officials, members of the business community, residents and sponsors to come out in support of higher education.
“The city is committed to higher education for its residents and the annual Mayor’s Ball is one way we can all come together as a community to show our support for local students,” said Mazziotti. “We look forward to a great turnout for the event that will ultimately benefit young people in our community.”
You are invited to show your support by becoming a Mayor’s Ball Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze Level Sponsor by purchasing tickets to attend the event and/or by donating items for a silent auction or door prizes.
“However you choose to show your support, your generosity is greatly appreciated,” Mazziotti added.
