Panthers Ready For Intrasquad Scrimmage

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – As Hurricane Sandy moves northward, Florida Tech’s intrasquad football scrimmage will be played as scheduled tonight.

The scrimmage will be at 7 p.m. at Palm Bay High School’s Pirate Stadium.

Admission is free and concessions will be available.

Fans will have a chance to see the team in action for the first time since the program’s inaugural scrimmage at Pirate Stadium on Sept. 15.

The Panthers were slated to play on Oct. 6, but Mother Nature forced a cancellation of the contest.

Florida Tech will begin competition under Coach Steve Englehart next fall in the Gulf South Conference.
