Performance Shooting Challenge Benefits Florida Partners in Crisis

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Florida Partners in Crisis is offering opportunities for sponsors and vendors for its third annual “Performance Shooting Challenge” fundraiser to be held Oct. 26 at Port Malabar Rifle and Pistol Club in Palm Bay.

Florida Partners is Crisis is a statewide organization, based on Merritt Island, that unites representatives of the public and private sector to promote cost-effective use of tax dollars in the treatment of mental illness and substance abuse to help create safer communities.

Its board and membership includes judges, law enforcement officers, mental health and substance abuse treatment providers, prosecutors, public defenders and others.

This event draws law enforcement and marksmanship enthusiasts from around the state.

One $2,500 sponsor will get its company logo on the event sports bag, plus 12 lunch tickets and entry for 12 competitors. Other sponsorships range from a $100 “Friend” to $1,500 T-shirt sponsors. Each includes a number of lunch tickets and entry fees. All sponsors will be recognized on signs.

There is no vendor fee, but each will be asked to donate an item valued at $50 or more for a raffle. One lunch ticket comes with each vendor space, which is available on a first-come, first served basis. The deadline for sports bag and T-shirt sponsorships is Sept. 21. Deadline for other sponsorships is Oct. 17.
