OBITUARY
Wanda Jane McHugh (Rusty), 84, passed away on Friday, October 12, 2012. She was born on Dec. 13, 1927.
She is survived by her fiance and companion of 20 years Gary Whaley, son John Cole (Pat) of Springboro, Ohio, daughter Vicki, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
