Stormwater Project Focus Of Public Workshop Tonight

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE BEACH, FLORIDA – A public workshop to discuss upcoming stormwater drainage projects in Melbourne Beach will be held Tuesday, Dec. 18 at the Melbourne Beach Town Hall.

The workshop starts at 6:30 p.m. at 507 Ocean Avenue in the town hall’s Masney Room.

Projects to be discussed include work on Avenue A and Avenue B west of State Road A1A , Third Street west of Pine Street to the Indian River and Pine Street.

The purpose of the workshop will be to present full-size engineering plans for the drainage improvement project and to obtain public feedback before the bidding and permitting process begins.

The public is encouraged to attend this workshop.
