Rockledge Police Search For Sunglasses Thief

BREVARD COUNTY • ROCKLEDGE, FLORIDA – Police are trying to identify a suspect who stole several pairs of expensive sunglasses from a Rockledge vision store last month.

Rockledge Police Public Information Officer Michael Cadore said the theft took place about 9 a.m. Nov. 13 at the Family Vision Center at 1982 Rockledge Boulevard or U.S. Highway 1 in Rockledge.

Cadore said that while inside the business, the suspect took several pairs of high-value sunglasses by concealing them in his cargo pockets.

The theft was verified through video surveillance.

The suspect is a white male in his 20s or early 30’s, with a medium to large build, black hair and facial hair.
