For more than 20 years, Serene Harbor has been providing emergency shelter services in Brevard County to the victims of domestic violence.  Serene Harbor provides shelter, Medicare assistance, legal assistance, transitional housing, counseling programs, case management, educational programs, safety planning and a “help line.”

It is for these reasons the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office strongly supports the efforts of Serene Harbor and their mission to assist the victims of violent crime.

The need for emergency services has never been greater, but during a time of economic difficulty, the resources needed to assist them have diminished.

Currently, Serene Harbor’s Food Pantry’s are nearly empty and their shelters are full.

If you would like to help Serene Harbor, please bring non-perishable food items to any of the below Sheriff’s Office locations by Saturday, Jan. 5.
