Nationals Prepare For 2013 Spring Training Schedule

BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – The Washington Nationals are in camp and preparing for their 2013 spring training game schedule.
The defending National League East champions are scheduled to play their first game on Feb. 23 against the New York Mets at Port St. Lucie, Forida, and their first home game on Feb. 24 at home at Space Coast Stadium in Viera against the Miami Marlins.
During the upcoming spring training season in Viera, the Nationals will play 32 games, including 15 home games. Games will include those against the American League champion Detroit Tigers and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Spring training season tickets are now on sale. Individual game tickets will be available on Jan. 19, 2013. Times for the games have not yet been announced, nor the report dates for camp.

I attended the Nationals v. Florida game this past Sunday, 2/24.
