Indialantic Chamber Singers To Perform In Cocoa Beach

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – The Indialantic Chamber Singers are heading up the Brevard coast to perform a free concert on Sunday, March 10.

The 3:30 p.m. “Music– to Love, to Praise, to Dance” concert will be at Riverside Presbyterian Church, 3400 N. Atlantic Avenue in Cocoa Beach.
It features selections in English, Latin and German by composers from Johannes Brahms to Benjamin Britten.
Riverside Presbyterian Church Deacon Mason Gibson said he is happy to include the Indialantic Chamber Singers as part of this season’s Dr. Vernon Boushell Concert Series.
“The Indialantic Chamber Singers have a reputation as Brevard’s premier choral ensemble,” said Gibson. “Our audience will appreciate the beautiful sound they make in this concert that celebrates music in its many forms.”
The Indialantic Chamber Singers is a professional quality mixed-voice ensemble of 40 auditioned singers. Membership is comprised of degreed musicians, choral arts professionals and experienced amateur vocalists.
Considered Brevard’s premier choral ensemble, the group performs a variety of accompanied and a capella works under the direction of its founder, David Vogeding. Their varied repertoire includes sacred, traditional and contemporary choral music.
