BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Paul Hanson, chairman of the board for the Space Coast Economic Development Commission, will speak at the Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce monthly networking luncheon on Wednesday, May 1.

Paul Hanson

Hanson will present the Space Coast Competitive Advantages, also known as the “EDC Playbook,” an informative, lively (and even a little humorous) look at perceptions and realities on the Space Coast – from quality of life to education and business.

Hanson is the vice president of Operations and general manager for Bright House Networks Florida since 2000. Previously, he was vice president of Finance and Administration for Time Warner Cable’s Northeast Ohio Division. He has worked in the cable television industry since 1981, serves on the senior management team and has day-to-day responsibility for the company’s operations within six counties.

Vicki Northrup

“The EDC is offering this special entertaining presentation to the local chambers this year,” said  Victoria Northrup, president & CEO.

“We are positive our members and guests will learn things about Brevard County that they did not know. I encourage all of our members to attend to get a better understanding of what is perception and what is reality. It’s sure to be an eye-opener!”
