BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE BEACH, FLORIDA – A master gardener skilled in growing tropical fruit will be the guest speaker at the next meeting of the Beach Gardeners of Melbourne Beach.

Lucia Chankersingh, a master gardener and a board member of the Brevard Tropical Fruit Club will present a talk called “Creating and Maintaining an Edible Landscape.”

The Brevard Tropical Fruit Club is an organization dedicated to promoting the introduction, propagation and distribution of new species, improved varieties and mutations of fruit plants.

The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 16 at the Melbourne Beach Community Center at 509 Ocean Avenue in Mebourne Beach.

Refreshments will be served and new members and guests are welcome to attend the meeting.
