Palm Bay Police Search For Armed Robbery Suspect

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Police detectives are searching for a suspect who robbed a convenience store on Friday night.

Palm Bay Public Information Officer Yvonne Martinez said detectives with the Palm Bay Police Department’s Major Case Unit are investigating an armed robbery that took place about 9:30 p.m. Friday at the Bee Back store at 3565 Jupiter Blvd. SE in Palm Bay.

Martinez said just before 9:30 p.m. Friday, a black man dressed in black and wearing blue gloves entered the Bee Back store armed with a handgun.

She said the suspect threatened the clerk at gunpoint and demanded money.

The clerk complied and the suspect fled from the store on foot.

Martinez said an investigation into the crime was immediately launched.
