BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA — Merritt Island Christian School’s Class of 2013 held its commencement exercises on Friday, May 17, 2013 at the First Baptist Church of Merritt Island.  

MICS’ class of 2013 included 31 graduates.  The Valedictorian was Bethany Rowell and there were three Salutatorians; Alyssa Allen, Caleb Hobbs and Sarah Tucker. As a class, the students have been offered a total amount over $450,000 in scholarships over four years, with some offers still pending.
