Camp KSC At Astronaut Hall of Fame Set For July 29

Camp includes 5 days of fun and learning

ABOVE VIDEOSpace shuttle astronauts Bonnie Dunbar, Curt Brown and Eileen Collins joined an elite group of American space heroes as they were inducted into the latest class in the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame on April 20. A ceremony at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex where Camp Kennedy Space Center is currently taking place.

BREVARD COUNTY • KENNEDY SPACE CENTER – Summer break for the kids is almost here and Camp Kennedy Space Center offers students unique adventures and learning activities that can’t be found anywhere else.

This year’s theme is Celebrate Space Shuttle Atlantis and focuses on this historical space shuttle and its 33 missions into space.

CAMP KSC is located at the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame, just east off of US1 and six miles west of Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.

The camp hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (early drop off and late pick up times are available.)

CAMP KSC includes 5 fantastic days of fun and learning! Among many fun and educational experiences, kids will meet a veteran astronaut, take a tour of the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and receive a KSCVC Annual Pass!

There are 9 weeks of Camp KSC offered. The first one is June 10-14.
