BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — The Woofstock Brevard 2013 Dog Photo Facebook Contest will take place August 26 to September 27.
“Be sure to give your pooch the best chance by submitting their photo early,” said the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce.
The first 100 entries will receive a doggie goodie bag filled with coupons, products and local pet product and service information.
CATEGORIES
The categories include Fashionista, Best Groomed, Mighty Mutt, Cutest Puppy, Most Photogenic and Pet and Owner Look-a-like. The cost is $10 for two categories.
Winners receive prizes, a gift certificate and an official Woofstock Brevard 2013 Ribbon.
HOW TO ENTER ‘WOOFSTOCK’
• Request a form by emailing marketing@greaterpalmbaychamber.com or stop by the Greater Palm Bay Chamber located at 4100 Dixie Highway (on US 1, one street north of Palm Bay Rd.)
• Email a digital photo to marketing@greaterpalmbaychamber.com and submit the application with payment.
• Select two categories as detailed above.
• Remember to list the dog’s breed, their name also list your favorite groomer or pet store.
TOP 10 WINNERS
The Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce will post the photos and info on their Facebook page for community votes.
The top 10 winners in each category are invited to the event on Saturday, Sept. 28 to receive their prize.
Final competition event includes pet food drive, features agility, obedience demonstrations, vendors with products/services and raffle prizes.
